Managing your property taxes just got easier. The Lucas County Treasurer’s Office offers two prepayment options (similar to escrow payments) to help you stay on track and budget throughout the year: TIPP and ACHM.

1. TIPP
The basic TIPP plan offers the convenience of paying your taxes in advance, by mail or in person, using pre-printed monthly vouchers.

2. ACHM (Monthly Automatic Withdrawal)
Our new ACHM plan deducts your monthly payment directly from your checking account on the 15th of each month or the next business day should the 15th fall on a holiday or weekend. It's secure, confidential, and perfect for those who monitor their banking online.
