The Lucas County Investment Advisory Committee (IAC), as required by O.R.C Section 135.341, oversees the Lucas County Government's investment management policies. The IAC ensures that county investment practices are comprehensive and inclusive and that all investment practices and instruments are clearly authorized under said stated policies.

IAC Members
The five members serve at the virtue of their positions with Lucas County: Chair Lindsay M. Webb (Treasurer), Bernie Quilter, (Clerk of Courts), Lisa Sobecki (Commissioner), Pete Gerken (Commissioner) and Anita Lopez (Commissioner).

Meeting Recordings and Transcripts
For full transparency, all Investment Advisory Committee meetings will be audio recorded in their entirety starting November 21, 2025. The recordings will be made available to the public along with a written transcript for convenience and accessibility. In any instance of discrepancy, the official audio recording shall serve as the controlling record of the meeting.

Public Comment
The IAC welcomes public feedback on the County’s investment portfolio. The Committee has adopted a Resolution establishing procedures for public comment and can be viewed here.

Meeting Information
The IAC meets at least once every three months. Any member may call a meeting giving five days notice. Meetings are usually held on a Friday in February, May, August and November at One Government Center at 11am. The 1Q 2026 Meeting will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, the 2Q 2026 Meeting will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, and the 3Q 2026 Meeting will be held on Friday, November 20, 2026.
