About Lindsay

Lindsay M. Webb serves as the Lucas County Treasurer, a position she has held since 2018. In this role, she oversees the management of over $625 million in public funds annually, ensuring accurate accounting and the proper handling of taxpayer money. As the county's chief investment officer, she manages a daily portfolio averaging between $275 million and $385 million, with a focus on investing in local financial institutions to benefit the local economy.

Before her tenure as Treasurer, Webb served on the Toledo City Council, representing District 6 from 2007 to 2018. She was the first woman elected as Lucas County Treasurer and has been instrumental in administering successful tax collections and increasing investment income for the county.
